WAH Advisory was founded by Ellie Kwong, a governance, compliance and risk specialist with over 20 years' experience gained across a range of operators and hospitality groups, most recently directing compliance, audit and training functions for a fast-growing, multi-site hospitality group.
Ellie built and scaled a governance function from the ground up — growing it in step with a rapidly expanding multi-site business, leading licensing, fire safety, food safety, health & safety, security and business resilience across the estate, and project-managing new venues from shell construction through to successful public launch.
